Relevance beats volume
An indicator list of millions is noise. Intelligence about the actors targeting your sector and industry is signal.
Know your adversaries before they arrive: who targets your sector, what they use, and what your defences should detect next.
Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) is evidence-based knowledge about adversaries — their motivations, capabilities, infrastructure and tradecraft — used to inform security decisions. Intelligence is not raw data: indicators become intelligence only when they are validated, placed in context, and acted upon.
Applied well, CTI changes decisions at three levels: operationally (blocking and detecting active threats), tactically (improving detection coverage against adversary techniques) and strategically (prioritising investment against the threats most likely to target you).
Defending against everything equally means defending against nothing well.

Knowing adversary TTPs tells you which behaviours to detect — directly improving detection coverage.
Intelligence helps direct limited remediation capacity toward exposures that matter for your threat profile.
A cycle: direction, collection, analysis, production, action, feedback.
Define priority intelligence requirements based on your sector, systems and risk profile.
Gather from validated feeds, open sources, commercial sources and our own research.
Validate, de-duplicate, correlate and contextualise — separating signal from noise.
Deliver intelligence in the format each consumer needs: detections, briefings, indicators.
Apply intelligence to detection rules, blocking controls, hunting hypotheses and exposure prioritisation.
Measure what intelligence changed, and refine requirements accordingly.
From indicators to adversary understanding.
Validated IOC collection, enrichment, de-duplication, scoring and lifecycle management.
Understanding of the actors relevant to your sector: capability, intent and tradecraft.
Follow active campaigns from initial access through to observed impact.
Adversary techniques mapped to detection coverage and rule development.
Hypotheses and watchlists derived from current, relevant threat activity.
Regular briefings on the threats affecting your industry and region.
Turn adversary TTPs into concrete detection rules and hunting queries.
Rapidly attribute and understand activity observed in your environment.
Focus patching and exposure reduction on what is actively exploited.
Give leadership a clear view of the threat landscape and its implications.
Cyber threat intelligence is evidence-based knowledge about adversaries — their intent, capability, infrastructure and tradecraft — that informs security decisions. It differs from raw data in that it is validated, contextualised and actionable for a specific consumer.
IOCs are observable artefacts indicating potential compromise: file hashes, IP addresses, domains, URLs, registry keys and similar. They are most valuable when enriched, scored and applied with automation to detection and blocking controls.
TTPs are the tactics, techniques and procedures adversaries use — how they gain access, move laterally and persist. They are more durable than IOCs, which attackers change frequently, and are the basis for behaviour-based detection mapped to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
Start with priority intelligence requirements: what decisions do you need to make better? Then select validated sources, integrate indicators into detection and blocking, and build the analyst workflow to consume reporting. Intelligence without a consumer process becomes shelfware.
Yes. We deliver intelligence feeds with enrichment and lifecycle management, sector-specific reporting, and intelligence-led hunting. It integrates directly with our SOC, XDR and incident response services where those are also in use.
Discuss cyber threat intelligence for your environment with a Netralink security specialist — no obligation, no sales pressure.
Start with a no-obligation conversation. We will review your environment and outline where exposure concentrates — and how to reduce it.
